Residential Rate Calculation Tool For general information about our residential rates or questions about how our Preferred Residential Rate can save you money, click on the appropriate link Please use the rate calculation tool to determine which rate is best for you. To use the tool, you will need to know your average consumption for the 6 month period May – October and your total consumption over the last 12 months. If you do not have your bills, you can find the information by using our online system. You will need to register if this is the first time you have accessed our online system. You may also call our Customer Service Department at 323-5304 - Option 1 during our normal business hours Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Step 1
Select the consumption (therms) that best approximates your monthly average bill for May – October See Example 1 for the location of monthly consumption on the bill statement. You will need information from billing periods May-October to determine your average consumption.
Step 2
Enter your annual consumption in therms See Example 2 for the location of annual consumption on the bill statement.
Step 3
Based on the information you provided, you should be on this rate

Step 4
Check your bill to see if you are currently on the correct rate. If so, no further action is required. If you would like to change rates, please call our Customer Service Department at 323-5304 - Option 1 during our normal business hours Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Certain restrictions apply to qualify for the Preferred Residential Rate. See Example 3 for the location of the rate on the bill.
