Existing Natural Gas Service

If natural gas service is currently installed at your business, contact our Business Development Department at 803.323.5303 or e-mail us at business.development@ycnga.com. We will be happy to meet with you to determine your meter requirements or to help with load sizing or expansion requirements.

New Gas Service Request

If your address does not have natural gas installed, call our Business Development Department at 803.323.5303 to see if it is available. If you prefer, press Request Service and complete the form online. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business hours. If natural gas service is available to your address, we can normally install the service line within three weeks of the date you complete the appropriate forms, and pay the applicable fees. Press Fee Summary to see what fees may be applicable to you.

Please plan to request your service before you need it to be assured of timely installation. If there is an emergency situation, please call us to see if we can meet your need.

Our office is located at 979 W. Main Street in Rock Hill. To order service, come by our office during normal business hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
