    Residential Customer Forms

The following forms are used for residential gas service. Forms may be sent to our Customer Service Department by email to customer.care@ycnga.com or by fax to 803.329.0998. If you have questions, please call our Customer Service Department at 803.323.5304.

Gas Line Currently Exists at the Residence

Complete the Service Agreement. If you are faxing or emailing the form to us, you will need to include a copy of your drivers’ license or passport. We cannot process your request without proper identification. Please refer to the Residential Fee Schedule for applicable fees and deposits.

Need a Gas Line Installed at the Residence

If your residence does not have gas service installed, follow the instructions above and also complete the Service Request Form. All forms need to be completely filled out or processing may be delayed. Again, refer to the Residential Fee Schedule for applicable fees related to new service lines.

Need to change your rate?

Complete the Residential Rate Change Form to select the Prefered Residential Rate or the General Residential Rate.
