    • Obtain billing information
    • Billing history
    • Pay your bill with a credit/debit card
    • Payments accepted up to $1,000

Please update your phone number with Customer Service if you change your phone number.

 
Ways To Receive Your Bill

    • Mail Only: You will receive a paper bill
    • Mail and E-Notification: You will receive a paper bill and a billing summary by e-mail
    • E-bill Only: You will receive a billing summary by e-mail. Contact Us to signup for e-bill.

To avoid interruption of your E-Notification and/or E-bill please update your e-mail address with Customer Service if you change your e-mail address.


Equalized Billing Plan

    • Pay the same amount each month
    • Must have one year of continuous service to be eligible
    • Signup is offered in May of each year
    • Call after you receive your May bill for your equalized bill amount
    • Customers with a credit will receive a refund check which is mailed separately

 

Draft Service

Automatic payment from your checking or credit card account (credit card draft coming soon)

    • Signup through YCNGA Online (coming soon)
    • Account will be drafted on the same day each month

York County has a population of 217,488 people, and is one of the fastest growing areas of the state.  The region in which we are located is a "non-attainment area," meaning air pollution levels exceed National Ambient Air Quality Standards.  Increase in population means an increase in the number of vehicles on the roads, thus an increase in emissions exhaust.


With a customer base of about 57,000 and a service area of 682 square miles, we realized our fleet was contributing to the problem. When we coupled that with the knowledge we also had a cheaper fuel right under our feet, the question went from, "Are we going to do this?" to, "How many vehicles can we do?".  More...
