All new customers must fill out a Business Customer Information Form and agree to the terms of our Service Agreement.  For your convenience please use our Online Application.


You are a New Customer if You:

    • Do not currently have gas service under your name/Tax ID Number
    • Have had gas service in the past but don't currently have service
       

Associated Fees to Establish Service:
 

Service Address with Existing Gas Line

    • Service Origination Fee
    • Deposit (if applicable)
       

Service Address without a Gas Line

    • Service Origination Fee
    • Deposit (if applicable)
    • Tap Fee
    • Aid in Construction Fee (if applicable)
       

To Establish Service:

    • Fill out the Online Application
    • A Customer Service Representative will call you once your form has been received
       

Please Note:

    • All fees must be paid before service will be established
    • See Fee Summary for current fee information
    • Every effort will be made to offer same day service if we receive your request before 3:30 p.m.
    • A pressure test is required at all locations with a gas service line but no meter set

York County has a population of 217,488 people, and is one of the fastest growing areas of the state.  The region in which we are located is a "non-attainment area," meaning air pollution levels exceed National Ambient Air Quality Standards.  Increase in population means an increase in the number of vehicles on the roads, thus an increase in emissions exhaust.


With a customer base of about 57,000 and a service area of 682 square miles, we realized our fleet was contributing to the problem. When we coupled that with the knowledge we also had a cheaper fuel right under our feet, the question went from, "Are we going to do this?" to, "How many vehicles can we do?".  More...
