Ways To Receive Your Bill

- Mail Only: You will receive a paper bill
- Mail and E-Notification: You will receive a paper bill and a billing summary by e-mail
- E-bill Only: You will receive a billing summary by e-mail. Contact Us to signup for e-bill.
To avoid interruption of your E-Notification and/or E-bill please update your e-mail address with Customer Service if you change your e-mail address.
Equalized Billing Plan

- Pay the same amount each month
- Must have one year of continuous service to be eligible
- Signup is offered in May of each year
- Call after you receive your May bill for your equalized bill amount
- Customers with a credit will receive a refund check which is mailed separately
Draft Service
Automatic payment from your checking or credit card account (credit card draft coming soon)

- Account will be drafted on the same day each month
