Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System
Many customers use this system each month to find the information they need or to pay their monthly gas bill. There are no fees charged for this service. If you haven't tried to use this system, please take time to review the following information.

The Interactive Voice Response system is quickly accessed over the phone. To use this system, dial 803.323.5306. You will need your account number in order to access your account information. Since the IVR system was implemented, we have recorded heavy customer interest. On average, 1,600 customers pay their bills using this system each month and many others access information about their account. The automated phone system is an excellent alternative for those customers who want to pay by credit card but prefer not to pay via the Internet.

Inquiry
Customers can retrieve real-time information about their account through the IVR.

Bill Payment
Once you receive your monthly statement, several credit card payment options are available to you. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards on both the EPAY and IVR systems.

Fax back availability
You also may need a print out of your information. The IVR system has fax back options that allow customers to request payment or billing history by fax. After you select the account information desired and provide your fax number the IVR system automatically creates the fax and delivers it.

Data Security
IVR utilizes the latest technology available to insure that your information is safe.
