Existing Natural Gas Service

If natural gas service is currently installed at your address, complete the appropriate form and come into the office at 979 W. Main Street, Rock Hill. If you live in the Fort Mill, York or Clover area, you may visit one of our Collection Agents to initiate service.

For faster service, fax the Service Agreement along with photo I.D. to Customer Service at 803.329.0998. Service Agreements that are faxed must include credit card information so that the appropriate fees can be charged. View the Fee Summary to see what may be applicable to you.

Service initiation (service turn on) usually takes place the same day provided the request is received before 3:30 PM.

New Gas Service Request

If your address does not have natural gas installed, call our customer service department (803.323.5304) to see if it is available. If you prefer, press Request Service and complete the form online. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business hours. For more information about installing new service, press Service Installation.

If natural gas service is available to your address, we can normally install the service line within three weeks of the date you complete the appropriate forms and pay the applicable fees. Press Fee Summary to see what fees may be applicable to you.

Please plan to request your service before you need it to be assured of timely installation. If there is an emergency situation, please call us to see if we can meet your need.

Our office is located at 979 W. Main Street in Rock Hill. To order service, come by our office during normal business hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
