My Home is Already Setup for Gas Service (help)
If you are a first-time customer or have had an account with us previously and natural gas service is currently installed at your address, complete the Existing Service forms. Completed forms and applicable fees are needed to setup your account.
Application for service may be made by fax (803.323.5400), e-mail or in person. Our office is located at 979 W. Main Street in Rock Hill or you may go to one of our Payment Centers in York or Clover. Forms that are faxed or e-mailed must include credit card information so that the appropriate fees can be charged.
Service initiation (service turn on) usually takes place the same day provided the request is received before 3:30 PM.

My Home is Not Setup for Gas Service (help)
If you are constructing a new home or would like to convert to natural gas, we can normally install the gas service line within three weeks of the date we receive the appropriate forms and fees (see Fee Summary). Please plan to request your service before you need it to be assured of timely installation. If there is an emergency situation, please call us to see if we can meet your need. If you are not sure if gas service is available to your home, contact our Customer Service Department @ 803.323.5304 or via e-mail. We will respond to your e-mail request as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business hours.

Transfer Your Current Account
If you have an existing gas account (under your name) you may transfer the service at no cost provided your account is current and service at the old and new locations will not overlap by more than 2 weeks.
To transfer service, complete the Customer Change Form. The form for service transfer may be made by fax (803.323.5400) or e-mail.
Multiple Locations
Customers such as landlords needing to have active service at multiple locations may add those locations by setting up a new account for each location. There are a couple of ways to set up the new account(s). Call our Customer Service Department, 803.323.5400, and let us help you determine the best option for you.
When selling a home, the gas service should be left on until the home sells as service will need to be on for the home inspection. Customers selling their current home and purchasing a new home in York County may add their new address under their current account number.

If you are moving and need to stop your gas service please fill out the Customer Change Form. The form may be sent back to us via fax (803.323.5400) or e-mail. A Customer Representative will call you once your form has been received.
